Nicole is the Communications Director and Government Liaison for Living Lakes Canada. She is an accredited journalist and award-winning editor whose 20+ year communications career has spanned multiple sectors and roles. Her passion for natural landscapes and wildlife led her to the environmental non-profit sector. She holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in History and International Relations from the University of British Columbia and is a graduate of the Langara College Department of Journalism Post-Degree Certificate Program. Originally from the West Coast, Nicole moved to the Columbia Valley in 2012 and can be found paddling lakes and wetlands or exploring nearby mountain ranges year-round in her spare time.
