World Water Day 2023 is all about “Accelerating Change” and inspiring individuals to take action to solve the water and sanitation crisis.

Looking for a great way to contribute to World Water Day? Join Living Lakes Canada for a short presentation and Q&A to learn about the National Lake Blitz and how you can get involved.

This free citizen science lake monitoring program encourages the widespread monitoring of lakes using simple tools so volunteers can better understand the impacts of climate change across Canada.

Presenter Camille LeBlanc is Living Lakes Canada’s National Lake Blitz Program Manager. In this role, Camille, along with the rest of the Lake Blitz team, provides the tools, training and ongoing support to hundreds of volunteer lake monitors across Canada.

The National Lake Blitz is a great way to better understand the state of your local lake and why we need to protect lake ecosystems in a changing climate. Get your questions answered on what the National Lake Blitz is, what Lake Blitz volunteers do, and how you or your organization can participate.

Register today to save your spot! Everyone who registers will receive a recording of the session.
