Location: South Frontenac, Eastern Ontario, Ont./Ont.Snapping Turtles can live for up to 70 years and grow to over a foot long. I saw this one on the boardwalk at the Queen’s University Biological Station. With a sharp beak and flexible, agile neck, they are not to be messed with!
