STREAM Data Workshop recording and slideshows available
The STREAM Data Workshop on June 1, 2022 was for participants who have collected DNA metabarcoding samples to learn more about their presence/absence data (i.e., the DNA metabarcoding results from the samples they’ve collected) and the health of the waterways they’re monitoring. The workshop provided information and encourages STREAM partners to explore and work with their taxa lists.
The agenda can be viewed HERE. The recording and PDFs of the slides from the first three presentations are included below (the recording does not include the presentation by Sheena Pappas and Adam Martens but a PDF of their presentation slides is available).

[…] Living Lakes Canada’s STREAM & DNA metabarcoding program recently hosted an online data workshop that saw over 50 community-based water monitors and STREAM participants in attendance. The workshop provided the opportunity for monitors to learn more about the presence and absence of data from their collected samples and the health of the waterways they’re monitoring. A recording of this workshop is available here: https://livinglakescanada.ca/2022/06/22/stream-data-workshop-recording-and-slideshows-available/ […]
