The FIMP Program Team is heading out with several Lake Windermere Ambassadors (LWA) members on Wed Aug 19, 2020 on Lake Windermere to calibrate some of the updated Foreshore Inventory and Mapping (FIM) methods.
Ecoscape Environmental Consultants Ltd. and Lotic Environmental Ltd., led by Jason Schleppe and Sherri McPherson, respectively, will be on site as well as they begin the first ever re-FIMP.
Bruce Mac Donald will be leading the methods calibration exercise as well as introducing LWA members to the FIMP framework. Ryan Cloutier will be operating the research vessel and coordinating logistics, including LLC’s HSSE Plan and additional COVID-19 precautions.
