Living Lakes Canada’s Program Manager, Georgia Peck, will deliver a keynote presentation titled “The Water We Share: How Local Collaboration Builds Resilient Water Systems” at the BCWWA Annual Conference & Trade Show.
In this keynote, she’ll explore how technical water professionals intersect with community-led action, Indigenous Knowledge, and on-the-ground environmental work to build resilient water systems. Drawing on real-world examples from across British Columbia, Georgia will connect hydrologic data, lake foreshore planning, wetland restoration, and groundwater monitoring to tell a bigger story about protecting the headwaters that we all rely on.
