Living Lakes Canada will be helping to facilitate several groundwater labs for Environment & Geomatics students at Selkirk College. Living Lakes’ Columbia Basin Water Monitoring Framework Program Manager, Arlo Bryn-Thorn, and Hydrology Consultant, Paul Saso, will support students in learning how to assess the safety and condition of groundwater well sites, how to prepare and use measurement equipment, how to collect and download groundwater sensor data, and how to conduct field measurements to calibrate sensor data to what is observed in the field. These events are invite-only.
