Rough Skin newt on a leaf.
I was snorkeling on many lakes when I a realized that when slowly approached, rough Skin newts will tolerate human moving slowly.
I went back with my big camera housing and macrolense and was able to photograph some when visiting lakes mid-week or very early morning before humans lake goers arrived.
