Location: Kootenay National Park, B.C./C.-B.What a slog! 20km round trip and a kilometer of elevation gain really hurt. Once you’re up, the views are beautiful, and the temp drops by around 10C. Had lunch then had to outrun a massive rain / snow storm … in July.
