abstractThis report summarizes the geospatial analysis developed for the Upper Columbia Basin to support an identification and prioritization of areas for expanded water monitoring in conjunction with Living Lakes Canada. The scope of work presented is for the scientific component that leads the process, and it is assumed that the aspects related to citizen engagement are addressed by Living Lakes Canada staff and/or additional consulting capacity (see Pilot Implementation Report).
